MSJ HOME APPLIANCES (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED reserves the absolute and exclusive right to amend, modify, suspend, replace, or terminate any of its business policies, marketing plans, compensation plans, incentive schemes, rules, regulations, or any other programs or matters related to the Company at any time, at its sole discretion.
Such amendments or modifications may be made in accordance with the Company’s business requirements, operational policies, administrative decisions, or applicable legal and regulatory provisions. MSJ HOME APPLIANCES (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED shall not be obligated to provide prior notice for such changes unless otherwise required under applicable law.
All such decisions, amendments, or modifications made by the Company shall be final and legally binding upon all members, distributors, partners, representatives, and any other persons associated with the Company. The decision of MSJ HOME APPLIANCES (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED in all such matters shall be deemed final and conclusive.
