MSJ HOME APPLIANCES (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED provides warranty on selected electronics and home appliance products as specified on the product invoice or warranty card at the time of purchase.
The warranty covers manufacturing defects only and is valid for the period mentioned for each product. Warranty service will be provided through authorized service centers or as determined by the company.
The warranty does not cover damages caused by misuse, improper installation, negligence, unauthorized repairs, voltage fluctuations, physical damage, water damage, or normal wear and tear.
To claim warranty service, customers must present a valid purchase invoice and warranty card (if applicable). After inspection, the company reserves the right to repair, replace, or reject the warranty claim.
Warranty is non-transferable and valid only for the original purchaser.
