Products purchased from our company are eligible for return or replacement only in case of manufacturing defects or damage during transit. Customers must raise a return or replacement request within 7- 14 days from the date of delivery, along with proper proof such as images or videos.
Returned products must be unused, in original condition, and with original packaging. Products damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear are not eligible for return or refund.
Refunds, if approved, will be processed through the original mode of payment within 7 -14 working days after successful inspection of the returned product.
The company reserves the right to accept or reject any refund or return request based on internal evaluation.
